Brittany is a Houston-based artist whose work is rooted in a lifelong love of art, exploration, and creative expression. Primarily working in oils, she enjoys experimenting with different mediums and techniques, always finding new ways to challenge herself and grow as an artist.

Her appreciation for art began at an early age, sparked by childhood visits to museums around the world. Among her favorites is the Musée d’Orsay in Paris, where the beauty and emotion of the Impressionist movement continue to inspire her artistic perspective.

Drawn to the Impressionists' expressive approach, Brittany gravitates toward breaking down lines, embracing movement, and leaving room for interpretation. Rather than striving for perfect realism, she is interested in capturing the feeling of a moment and allowing the viewer to find their own meaning within each piece.

Through her work, Brittany hopes to evoke joy, create connection, and invite moments of reflection. She is currently continuing to develop her practice through courses at the Glassell School of Art, exploring new techniques and building toward her first official series of paintings.
